Beefy sway-bar. Is that stock?

I may end up doing that, however, you have to pay to post in the classifieds there if you have <200 posts.

Gonna have a hard time finding someone in NJ looking for something that clean. I am not arguing against your price point, it is fairish considering the hard top, mileage, and condition. It is extremely difficult to sell any Miata though for more than $5k (that would be super low ball for yours). May I ask why you are getting rid of the car? And if you end up parting out any of it, the hard top and side skirts are definitely something I am interested in! I was actually confused at first that it was a '99 because I could swear it was an NB2. Then I read the mods haha.

Agh, I don’t have that many myself or I would pimp it for you ;)
It’s $23, totally worth it IMO if you don’t get legit inquiries on CL alone, although you may. The miata.net people are great.

I’m 20 minutes away from you, and love it (except for the tupperware), but my wife would very likely kill me if I bought it. Good luck selling it!

Looks so clean, good luck with sale!

clutch is good, brakes are good, tires are good.
I guess the car is good.

For sure it won’t be a quick sale; I’ve had difficulty selling some of my previous Miatas for even less than $5k.
This one is only for sale because I just bought a 43k-mile NA

You like the NA more than the NB? I really like my '01. And after test driving an NA at an autocross (stock vs stock) I am very happy with my decision. Everything feels a little more modern and the extra responsiveness in terms of power is nice. I did manage to go faster in the NA but that was due to the summer tires vs my all seasons.

Ahh I never knew that. First time I posted something in the classifieds I must have already had over 200 posts. Never realized they charged money otherwise. I can forward the info from your craigslist listing to there if you would like. Not sure if that's against their terms of service though lol.

NBs definitely drive better, but I had a lot of money tied up in this car for how little I was using it.
With the NA, I can register it as a historic vehicle and pay much less for registration, insurance, etc.

Why don’t we hang out ever? We live 30 minutes away from each other...

If I don’t manage to find any legit buyers from CL within a week or so, I’ll pony up the 23 bucks.

I’d have been highly interested at that price, if I hadn’t caught the S2000 bug last year.

OMG!!!! I would love to own this!!! Too bad, you’re not looking for a 928...

Hah yeah if you can afford an s2k, it's a no brainer!
